Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using TriageNest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
Service Description
TriageNest is a digital health guidance tool that provides age-specific pediatric symptom assessment, medication dosage calculations, care plans, and an AI-powered assistant. The service is designed to help parents and caregivers make more informed decisions about their child's health.
Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your children
- You may not share your account credentials with others
Subscriptions and Billing
- Free tier is available with limited features at no cost
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal
- You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriageNest and its creators shall not be held liable for any medical outcomes, including but not limited to misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, or adverse reactions. The service is a guidance tool and all medical decisions remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian and their healthcare provider.
