Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all personal data and health records are permanently removed within 30 days.

TriageNest is designed for use by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. All child health data is entered and managed by the parent or guardian who owns the account.
